Gašper Hribernik
Games editor at casinohugo.biz
What he does on this site
Gašper Hribernik writes and updates the game guides on casinohugo.biz, together with the pages that connect games to bonuses and budgets. His brief is narrow on purpose: explain how a game behaves before a reader pays for it. That means describing the mechanics in plain language, saying which numbers are published and where, and being honest when a figure cannot be confirmed. Three of the eight featured games on this site have no RTP or volatility in our pages for exactly that reason.
How he works through a game
Every guide starts with the documents a player can open too: the paytable, the rules screen and the info panel inside the game, plus the provider's own game page where one exists. Provider, layout, RTP, volatility and maximum win are only written down when those sources agree. Where the lobby offers a demo or free-play version, he plays it to understand rhythm rather than results — how many spins a feature tends to take, how big a typical base-game win is against the stake, how the bet range is set. Demo sessions are short and say nothing about future outcomes, and the guides never pretend otherwise.
The second step is the bonus side. Using the operator's published terms, he checks how each game type is treated when bonus money is in play: whether slots count in full, whether crash and table formats count partly or not at all, and what the maximum bet with an active bonus means for a high-volatility title. The result is usually arithmetic, not opinion, and the pages show the working so you can redo it with the numbers in front of you.
What he will not write
- Win predictions, "hot" times or systems that claim to beat a random number generator.
- RTP, provider or max-win figures that are not backed by a provider page or several independent sources.
- Statements on behalf of the operator — about its licence, payout speed or bonus amounts — that a reader cannot verify.
- Player testimonials with names, cities or star ratings.
Areas covered
- Slot mechanics: paylines and ways, cascades, multiplier wilds, expanding symbols, free spins
- Crash and crossing games: rising multipliers, cash-out timing, difficulty modes
- Volatility and session budgets
- Game contribution to wagering and maximum-bet rules
- Responsible gambling tools and how to set them up before you need them
Independence and contact
casinohugo.biz is not the operator, and Gašper does not work for it. The site earns commission through partner links, which is explained on the affiliate disclosure page; that arrangement does not decide what goes into a guide. The overall assessment of the casino, written from the game side, is in the Hugo review. Corrections are welcome at info@casinohugo.biz and are checked against the source before a page changes.
Commitment to responsible gambling
Every guide is written for adults aged 18 or over and treats gambling as paid entertainment. Most pages end with a reminder to size stakes to a game's volatility and to switch on limits in advance. If gambling stops feeling like a choice, the responsible gambling page explains the tools and where to find free, confidential help.
About the author
Gašper Hribernik is the editor responsible for the games section of this site. He is not a lawyer, an auditor or a representative of any casino, and the pages do not present him as one. His contribution is method: reading the same rules and info panels a careful player would read, and turning them into explanations that hold up when you check them yourself.
When something cannot be verified directly — an RTP version, a bonus detail, a payment limit — the text says so and tells you where the real answer is shown, usually in the game's info panel or in the operator's cashier and terms.
